Ol Pejeta Wildlife Camp, Kenya

Our gem lies just 14km from Nanyuki town, within the 110,00 acres of Ol Pejeta Conservancy which teems with spectacular wildlife. From the comfort of your lounge tent, which shelters in the majestic shadow of Mt. Kenya, you can see black rhino, elephant, lion, impala, warthog, bushbuck, giraffe and other game, on a good day.

Outdoor Adventure At Your Doorstep

10 large, secure bedroom tents are scattered around the site, making this perfect for large groups looking to bunker down on the doorstep of a world-renowned conservancy (each tent can house 2 to 12 people depending on group circumstances).

Within the camp grounds you will find a large lounge area with a flat screen TV and dartboard, a large indoor and outdoor dining area as well as a fireplace and bar.

You will also find a climbing wall, abseiling tower, mountain biking skills course, low ropes course, archery grounds, volleyball court, football and rugby pitch, and outdoor cinema.

Our camp also offers quick access to a large number of wonderful activities, including:

In line with our ecological values, we have committed to make our camp as eco friendly as possible. We run on solar power, use only reusable bottles (say not to #singleuseplastic), ride bicycles as often as possible, buy local, and are in the process of installing a large waste water system.

What more could you ask for?

You can find us within the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, in Laikipia, Kenya. Here we are on Google maps.

The camp is perfectly safe. We are located in a securely fenced area that has its own access gate. Additionally, all RVA camps have 24-hour security guards as well as local security networks including armed rangers or police where necessary.

We can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people at any one time. We’re perfect for large groups!

As the Ol Pejeta camp is one of our 2 headquarters, you are likely to meet our core team on site when you are here. Here are the amazing people who will make your stay unforgettable.

"I love the camp, it’s so spacious and it really is in the bush. Last night I heard the lions calling! And I was watching some gazelles fighting just in front of the camp this morning. Yeah I really like it."

“Excellent camp, beautiful setting, good facilities. And our safari guides Charlie & Nixon were excellent.”
