Bienvenue en France
Accommodation
A mixture of camping and guesthouses.
Climate
France generally enjoys cool winters and mild summers, with mild winters and hot summers along the Mediterranean.
Meals
Tasty French food mixed with traditional student-friendly meals as well as packed lunches when away from camp. Students are taught how to cook and participate in meal preparation. We can also cater to most dietary/religious restrictions and food allergies. Please contact us for dietary queries.
French still remains one of the most important languages to learn, with a majority of students selecting either French or Spanish as a second language.
But more importantly, France continues to reign as a global centre of culture, style, art and cuisine.
We will take you off the beaten track and immerse you into the hidden treasures of France, specifically, the Provence region.
Provence is everything you imagine the Mediterranean south of France to be, with its diverse landscapes ranging from the Southern Alps and Camargue plains to rolling vineyards, olive groves, pine forests and lavender fields.
During your trip, you will have the chance to unpack the country’s diverse layers of history and culture, learn how to make French cheese, drift down the Ardeche river, bike through the serene hills of Provence, and ski down the Alps, all while practising your French.
The warmth and hospitality of the people in the villages tucked away in the hills makes for an extraordinary experience…
