George Heriot’s return to Kenya!

George Heriot’s School from Scotland have become part of the Rift Valley Adventures family. Last year, the school joined our Tanzania program and this year returned to Kenya for their third time. Every year the students raise thousands of pounds to support various projects that RVA is involved ranging from ICT projects for rural schools to supporting local students with learning difficulties. This year, George Heriot’s not only raised enough funds to build 3 new ablution blocks for Irura, they also managed to complete building them in five days! A big thank you to everyone and a special thanks to Cameron MacKay who produced this great video…

My trip to Kenya with Rift Valley Adventures was by far the best trip I’ve ever been on and I can confidently say it changed me as a person. The trip offered me so much and I took it all with me when I left. The staff are wonderful people and they feel more like friends to me now. To others who ever get the same opportunity as I have I hope they take it and have the same life changing experience I’ve had. Thank you RVA. Words cannot describe my gratitude.” (Cameron Mackay.
