Lake Malawi is renowned for having more species of fish than any other fresh water lake. We head off to the escarpment for a day of rock climbing and abseiling with our internationally qualified instructors above the lake shore on perfect granite. In the cool of the morning, we set off on a Kayak expedition to Domwe Island where we set up camp and explore the island on kayak.
Mount MulanjeA unique world lies above the walls on the high plateau of Mount Mulanje. High granite towers and spires, stunning moorland forests and waterfalls gives the perfect trekking experience and was the backdrop of inspiration for Tolkien’s “The Hobbit”. With high tops and passes, pristine camps, this is a unique mountain journey with huge views across Malawi and neighboring Mozambique.
Chembe VillageSet up base on the shores of the third largest lake on the continent and get acquainted with Chembe village where we will be assisting with project work within the community including helping to construct clean water drinking stations for all to access as well as spending time at the local school and orphanage nearby.
AdventureAs an approved International Trained Activity Provider (ITAP), we regularly supply student groups with a host of different adventure activities wherever we operate. Some of our adrenaline packed trips include mountain biking, cycle safaris, canyoning, rafting, rock climbing, skiing, camel safaris, surfing and stand up paddling. We only use fully qualified and highly experienced instructors - and all have an intimate knowledge of our locations and adventure pursuits. Why not link several activities into a memorable adrenaline packed package? Let us design a programme tailored to your needs…
CommunityWe always want to put something back into the local communities we visit and work with. The aim of our “Schools for Communities” programme is to link students with local people to create a better understanding among children from different cultures and backgrounds and support development and education projects.
